The Swiss Association for Child and Adolescent Psychoanalysis (ASUPEA) aims to promote Freudian, post-Freudian and contemporary psychoanalytic thought in the service of psychoanalysis and analytical psychotherapy for children and adolescents in difficulty.

It collaborates with the European Society for Child and Adolescent Psychoanalysis (SEPEA) and maintains close relations with the Swiss Psychoanalytic Society (SSPsa).

Its activities traditionally include scientific days and a continuing education or postgraduate training program in the form of annual modules.
