Fondation Dora works to support children and teenagers with “special needs”.
“Special needs” refers to any situation in which children or teenagers suffer from physical or mental health disorders, learning difficulties, family problems or a breakdown in family relationships.
We primarily give support by taking action in research, prevention, training and treatment. These actions are aimed at children, their family and/or those around them, as well as the professionals who work with them.
The foundation places particular emphasis on supporting new programmes that have an innovative component (approach, research or development, creation of a new activity).
We are committed to mid and long-term programmes and work closely with the institutions that run them.
