The Geneva Health Forum (GHF) is the forum where the health of tomorrow is build. Created in 2006, it is organized by the University Hospitals of Geneva (HUG) and the University of Geneva in partnership with 24 global health organizations.
The mission of the Geneva Health Forum is to contribute to the improvement of health policies or health strategies by creating synergies with organizations in the health hub of international Geneva.
To fulfil this mission, the GHF has identified three main objectives:
- Facilitating networking, the exchange of experiences, and collaboration within the Geneva Health Hub and beyond.
- Giving increased visibility to innovative actors in the field of global health.
- Developing solutions and launching new initiatives.
Only a multidisciplinary approach involving a wide range of actors will provide innovative solutions to the complexity of the challenges we face.
Building on the momentum of International Geneva, the Geneva Health Forum provides a continuous platform for collaboration.
During the week of the World Health Assembly, at the end of May each year, the GHF also organises its annual conference to facilitate the expression of the scientific community and civil society.
